Social Media Engagement Management - best tools?

I'm working with a client to improve his brand's social media presence. One of my requirements is the ability to monitor and manage engagement across his brand's sites without needing to login to each daily. Specifically, we want to look for scheduled posting and dashboard-level reporting including details such as general engagement frequency (number of views, likes, link clicks) and, more importantly, direct user engagement (user comments/reviews/etc). I'm advising my client to take a more active role in responding to customer feedback and want to make the process as simple as possible.

What tools would you recommend to perform functions such as this in a single platform? In a perfect world, I would be able to recommend a platform which would notify my client whenever a customer leaves comments or feedback across any of his brand's social media properties and a periodic dashboard notification of general engagement statistics.
