Social proof on ads

Hi this is Albert.
I recently started to promote my new add-on for Google sheets "LinkedIn bulk search" and the results are not great.

I see many people clicking the "download" button, but not many installing it eventually.

The addon is free (freemium) - so the only reason I can think of is social proof.
The addon is quite new so you don't see a lot of downloads and maybe this is why people won't download it.

Do you have any suggestions on how to deal with it?
