Also, what does "can invest at minimum $10k" mean? A project can take a week or 3 months depending on scope. Does that price tag guarantee that you will be picking 1 project to work on exclusively at any given time?
I'm a big fan of MERN stack, I do specialize in both front / backend web dev and cross-platform mobile dev. using React Native.
As far as the budget it's more easier for me to manage few clients / year, I feel more productive and less stressed by not constantly switching projects
