Software to be used as a basis for Marketplace?

Hi.

Interested in testing software for a possible marketplace (buyer/seller) of services. The marketplace would be web+mobile. If you have any experience/thoughts on any open souce codebase that would work let me know.

Or, if you have any hooks to anyone with skills to build this kind of process let me know.

Thanks for your time!
