Software to Monitor Community Chatter

I am working on trying to figure out how to create a mobile friendly way to monitor communities and was wondering if you all have a good way of doing this with cross platforms like reddit, discord, twitter ect.

I started by creating some apps in slack to monitor reddit rss feeds for specific subs and seems to be working well, but my community seems to be fairly spread out and i am coming close to my limit of apps in Slack's free plan.

Is there something off the shelf with a free plan out there or did i just find my next project? 😵
