Solo-built a poker bankroll tracker with AI hand analysis — launched on Product Hunt today

Launched My Bankroll on Product Hunt today, so figured this is a good time to share the story here too.

The problem

I play poker semi-seriously, and kept having the same experience: finish a session, feel like I played fine, and still see my bankroll going the wrong way. No idea if it was bad luck, a leak, or just tilt from playing too long. I tried spreadsheets (dead within a week) and existing trackers (all built for online HUDs, not how I actually play).

What I built

- Session/hand tracking with real analytics — win rate, ROI, bankroll trend as an actual chart, not a spreadsheet

- AI GTO hand review (powered by Claude) — drop in a hand you're unsure about, get a real breakdown instead of posting on a forum and waiting days

- Leak Finder — surfaces exactly where you're bleeding money (time of day, session length, position)

- Free tools with no signup: equity calculator, risk-of-ruin/Kelly calculator, preflop range charts

Stack

React/Vite, Firebase (auth/DB/hosting/functions), Stripe for billing, Claude API for the AI analysis.

What's next

Trying to get in front of actual poker players now — hence the PH launch today, and hopefully more here. Long-term I want the AI analysis to feel like having a coach in your pocket, not just a stat dashboard.
