Solo Founder Journey

After months of building, testing, breaking, fixing, and rebuilding, WorkZo AI is slowly becoming the product I originally imagined.

I'm a solo founder building an AI interview and career assistant designed to help job seekers prepare for real interviews, improve their resumes, and gain confidence before applying.

The hardest part hasn't been coding.

It's been deciding what not to build.

Every week I discover new features I could add. Every week I remove some of them and focus on making the core experience better.

Still a long way to go, but progress over perfection.

What has been the hardest part of your startup journey so far?
