Hey IH community,
I’ve spent 15+ years in B2B sales and partnerships (currently leading Strategic ISV & Partner Sales at AWS, including OpenAI Public Sector GTM). Over that time I’ve seen a consistent problem: incredibly talented technical founders building great products, then struggling hard with the sales side.
So I built the Solo Founder Sales Playbook — a practical, no-BS toolkit made specifically for solo founders and indie hackers who’d rather ship code than chase deals.
What’s inside:
38-page playbook with frameworks and strategies
12 cold outreach templates (email + LinkedIn) with reply-rate benchmarks
Qualification scorecard, objection handlers, discovery call scripts
5-tab Excel tracker + cadence calculator with live formulas
It’s designed to help you run outbound and book calls without sounding salesy.
Live today for $49 (one-time payment, instant download, lifetime updates).

I’d love your honest feedback — especially from other solo founders. What’s your biggest sales struggle right now?
The thing that always fascinates me about sales playbooks is that two founders can follow the exact same process and walk away with completely different conclusions about what's working.
At some point the bottleneck stops being information.
It becomes interpretation.
Great observation...the fundamental difference between success and failure is twofold - can you identify real customer pain and does your product easily solve it. If it doesn't, no Playbook will ever work. I push customers to be relentless in narrowing in on this point before building.
Possibly.
The thing I'd be cautious about is that founders can sometimes be right about the pain, right about the solution, and still end up struggling.
Not because either one is wrong.
Because the customer doesn't necessarily experience the problem the way the founder understands it.
That's where I've seen some surprisingly stubborn gaps appear.
