I am starting an IT security consultant service specifically for solo founders and side/MVP projects.

The goal is simple: help solo founders and teams improving security in their services.

I would like to grab the most important points, can you please answer the questions below:

1. What is your biggest struggle during the development or releasing when it comes to security?

2. What would be your expected output of the consultancy?
   For example:
   - clear answers on IT security questions in general
   - service explanation (e.g. Auth0)
   - working code snippet,
   - security report (e.g. pen test),
   - design/architecture review
   - if you have any other needs, please share :)

I would like to provide real added value and make your products better.
