Solution : Do you also lose users without ever knowing the reason.

Users don’t complain. They don’t explain. They just leave. And you’re left staring at dashboards, trying to guess what went wrong. Analytics shows the drop, revenue shows the churn, but no one tells you the real reason.

I was stuck in the same loop. I tried exit surveys, but people ignored them. I checked analytics, but it was just numbers without context. The real problem wasn’t churn. It was not knowing why it was happening.

So I built Flidget.com.

Now, before a user even cancels, I can see they’re drifting. Maybe they haven’t logged in for days, or they’re not using key features. Instead of waiting for churn, Flidget automatically triggers emails from my own domain based on their behavior. Not generic spam, but contextual messages that actually make sense based on what the user is doing or not doing.

And when someone finally clicks cancel, that’s where it gets interesting. Instead of showing a boring form, a simple chat opens right there on the page. The user replies in one line, sometimes even a voice note. No redirects, no friction, no fake survey answers. Just the real reason.

Sometimes it’s pricing. Sometimes it’s a missing feature. Sometimes they found a competitor. But now I don’t have to guess anymore. I actually know what’s breaking my product, and I can either fix it or win them back.

If you’re running a SaaS and users are silently leaving, this is probably costing you more than you think. You don’t need more analytics. You need the reason.
