Solving a Simple Problem in Real Estate: Helping Sellers Find the Right Buyers

Anyone who sells properties—wholesalers, agents, investors, or owners—knows the hardest part isn’t always finding deals. It’s finding serious buyers who actually want the type of property you’re selling. Not “maybe buyers,” not people browsing, not people who disappear the moment you send them a contract.
I built Homeople.com because this one inefficiency kept repeating across the industry:
sellers spend most of their time searching for buyers, while buyers rarely make it clear what they’re actively looking to purchase.
So I flipped the process.
Instead of sellers posting deals, buyers post their buying criteria.
Right now, Homeople is intentionally simple and focused on the essentials. Buyers only enter what truly defines their buying strategy:
Price range
Areas they want
Whether they’re looking for multifamily
Whether they want commercial or residential
Whether they want land or buildings
That’s it—no clutter, no long forms, no guessing.
On the seller side, instead of blasting deals into groups, messaging hundreds of investors, or hoping the right buyer stumbles across a listing, sellers can simply search through active buyer profiles. When a buyer’s criteria matches the property they’re selling, the seller reaches out directly. One message. One connection. No chasing leads.
It turns a messy, inefficient process into something intentional.
Homeople isn’t trying to replace traditional listing sites or deal platforms. It fills one specific gap:
making it easy for sellers to quickly locate the buyers who already want their property type.
It’s a simple inversion of the usual marketplace model. Buyers declare exactly what they want. Sellers match their deals to those criteria.
Early users appreciate how focused it is. It cuts through the noise that normally slows down dispositions and networking.
As I continue building, I’m staying close to the core idea:
Help sellers find buyers—not the other way around.
If you’ve ever struggled with selling deals, building a buyers list, or getting properties in front of the right people, I’d love your feedback. You can check out what I have so far at Homeople.com.
