I'm doing customer research around the knowledge loss problem tech teams face when losing talent. One solution is freelancing for the company after leaving.

I'm looking to chat with folks who have either done freelancing for a previous employer, been in a team where a colleague switches from full-time employment to freelancing, or been the hiring manager/decision maker in that situation.
