After using almost every project management and resource modelling / planning / levelling tool out there, I've always been frustrated that they showed beautiful dashboards of resource over-utilisation and conflicts -- but didn't give me any automations to actually solve the issues for me.
So, I built a tool to automatically generate team schedules across work items in a plan (projects, user stories, shape up bets, tasks) that satisfy the plan's requirements and real-world constraints.
The scheduler analyses available and required people, their skills, the impact of holidays (legal/public, personal scheduled holidays) and the timeline of the plan. It automatically builds a schedule that fits the constraints, or shows you why it can't. If there isn't enough capacity, it adjusts the plan so the most important work still gets done and lower-priority work is pushed out.
I love AI. But the core scheduler is purely algorithmic and deterministic. You will always get the same result based on the same plan requirements and constraints. I believe this is important for predictability and confidence when using tools for business planning.
Opening it up for limited testing and feedback on the functionality, usability, and pricing. There's a 14 day free trial (no CC required) with limited plan creation. Appreciate the feedback!
