Some SEO improvements

Recently improved SEO (visibility) of codis.io by 17% by just adding more cross links in footer and some little structural improvements as well. The lesson - don't forget about the basic rules. There are more stuff to improve, especially the amount of content. Would be great to have some more suggestions, thanks!
