Someone change my mind

Hello people I have a problem that I would like to tell you and if possible get a solution from you.

So here’s the problem, I always assume things and I mostly think that I’m right.

When building something I always assume that the users will think the way I do. I don’t know if you experience it or not, but I always do. I’m a UI/UX designer and I’m also learning marketing. So it’s definitely not good to assume what users need/think/likes.

I’d be grateful if you could give me a solution for this problem I’m facing. It will also help others who faces this problem.
