Someone has anyone tried Magic mushrooms?

Hello people, recently I am trying to do microdoses with Magic mushrooms, so far is a boost for my brain at the moment of work, I can focus easily, and is easier for me to fix complex problems. But is not a good idea to be in introspection mode.

I really like to be deep in this topic and how can help people, at least in Colombia this is taboo yet and is not a produced service yet

    I have microdosed psilocybin (magic mushrooms) for the past year. It helps me understand and work through my depression and anxiety. And like you said, it can be difficult to keep working if you are constantly in an introspective (for me, more emotional) mode. Lots of excitement here in North America regarding this for therapeutic uses. There are currently legal clinical trials and some approved uses for end of life care.

    I am starting to microdose LSD, which I find is better for working. I think I have ADHD (attention deficiency) and some studies are showing it is effective for this. Good luck! And be safe.

      I have just tried for a month so far, previously I only tried for the psychedelic part. I am only worried about that introspective emotional part. I would love to know about your experience with LSD

        So far I've dosed 3 times, around 4 - 7 micrograms each time. Cognitively, I feel like I've had a good meal and a good sleep. No jitters, good clean focus. Not intense like caffeine can be. Physically, I feel like I'm piloting my body if that makes sense. I run often, and I can feel a difference there, any "bad" sensations get reduced to "just" sensations, so I can run faster. Like I said though, only 3 doses so far, so hard to say more, reliably. I do drink a lot of water when dosing both.
