Oh wow, hopefully you learned a valuable lesson there - crowd sourcing opinion on your domain name is a bad idea!
Yeah then I still bought its io domain as of now, lets see if that person renews it again until I will use io and content always matter right
Pro-Tip: If you are undecided on a domain, but they are available. Buy all the ones you're considering and then post asking for opinions.
That being said, like I said in another thread, if it's consumer based, try to stick with .com, but if your market is techy people, .io and .co are also acceptable.
If you're willing to pay a little bit, reach out to the person who got your name, point out your bonehead decision to talk about it publicly before registering it, and try to come up with a plan to buy it.
If the name is decent, or they know you're building what could be a profitable business on it, paying $50 to keep it for the next 5 years to wrack up a good amount of potential resale value by you building up the brand on a lesser TLD is totally worth it.
But if you can managed to get them to sell it to you for like $100 or something at the beginning, write it off as a learning lesson.
Yeah the market is techy people so i bought .io as of now and need to start building audience, lesson learned to not post before buying domains
initial amount to offer is $200 to buy that domain according to some domain sites but dont know the other person intention, do you know how can i reach the person?
or lots tend to go for trydomain.com or getdomain.com which still holds some weight in terms of branding

Yes, it doesn't make much difference to SEO whether you have an .io or .com domain, especially as they probably just bought it to sit on it.
At this point in time, just go with ANY domain name! Assuming you build something that people want, I don't think a .com or a .io will mean much to the average person.
For what it's worth, I spent a lot of time thinking about it for my project (www.tribefive.me for reference) but to date, not a single person has asked "why .me and not .com".

Apart from that it won't be a bad idea to just get the .io domain and get started

I agree with @martinlev - just because there are some issues won't mean everybody will encounter them. It's just something to be aware of. The linked article is very specific to .io - so .co won't have the same problems.
