Something interesting I’ve noticed while talking to freelancers lately

👇

Most freelancers don’t fail because of lack of skill.

They struggle because their work is scattered.

Tasks in one place

Client details in another

Invoices somewhere else

And reminders mostly in their head

What surprised me is that many freelancers don’t even like productivity tools anymore — not because they don’t need them, but because they feel overwhelmed by complexity.

This insight is shaping how I think about building tools:

Fewer features

Clear workflows

One place to manage daily work

If you freelance: 👉 Do you prefer one simple tool or multiple specialized tools?

I’m curious how you’ve found your balance.
