WASHINGTON, April 25 (Reuters) - Elon Musk's SpaceX will use for its next rocket send off a water-cooled steel plate that can endure the world's most remarkable takeoff after the presentation endeavor of its Starship rocket to arrive at space caused broad platform harm.
