Spam app sign up's

I get a lot of fake/spam/suspect emails sign up to my app each month. A lot of these don't even use the app or when you look at the email it looks a bit suspicious.

Does anyone else get the same? I'd be interested to know roughly how many per month and if your B2B or B2C so to see if my level is normal.
