I started receiving more and more cold outreachs on my work email, and wondered why Gmail doesn't block them.
The answer is that they come from very legit high authority email domains (other company emails), they are personalized and very professional, so they are not flagged by traditional email spam filters.
I created SpamLabs as a solution to this: using a combination of AI and proprietary deterministic algorithms, you will be able to pinpoint which emails are cold selling attempts (and block them automatically) and which are legitimate messages/emails.
For now, only a direct API exists, as I am investigating on what integration to build. It can be integrated using one of the popular integration builders such as Zapier or Make.com.
Let me know what you think!
Spam bots and indiscriminate list spamming should, of course, be blocked everywhere.
But what about carefully researched, highly targeted cold B2B emails to a named person, which may result in value for the recipient's business?
Do you use cold email or any other professional and targeted B2B cold outreach methods when you want to sell something in your own business?
I assume, like most of us, you are hoping to sell something by professional methods?
What would you do if one of those methods was blocked?
