SpecForge - Generate specifications for your apps
We launched SpecForge initially to help us develop specifications for our apps. This allowed us to capture, change and refine app requirements before coding where we would eventually end up with tangled code. By developing an app specification and then using it to develop the app, we increased and almost guaranteed our chances of success. We believe all app developers should develop a specification for their apps.
It is so easy to hit that 70% mark and realize your "vibe-coded" project is becoming a tangled mess because there wasn't a solid roadmap from the start. Most builders don't realize that the time saved by skipping the planning phase is usually lost three times over when they have to refactor core logic later on.
Does the tool generate actual database schemas and API structures or is it more focused on the high-level user flow and requirements?
