Speed of Decision Making: Design & Development

Hey IHers!

As we start to get to the end of our Wednesday - hump day, I wanted to share something that I have been struggling with during development.

Making Decisions in Real Time

How have I been struggling? As we all know, design to real life can sometimes come with some difficulties. Example being pre-built/styled tools that may be necessary to the development of your product.

As frustrating as something like this is, we must keep moving forward and that's where decision making plays a real part for me. I've decided to get as close as we can to our design with out having to recreate the wheel instead of trying to nail down our design exactly. This kind of decision making saves time and sanity because we don't need to be perfect right this minute, right? It is an MVP after all.
