I run a small, niche SaaS product for golf courses https://easyteegolf.com/. It's currently a side project, so I don't draw any salary from it. After all expenses are paid, I'll be left with $3-4K this year in profit. Rather than making a profit this year, I'd rather invest as much of that as possible back into the business, specifically on acquiring new customers. So far, I haven't spent anything on marketing and am looking for ideas on how to get the best results. I have a list of keywords that have been successful at getting customers through organic search and am thinking of trying out Google ads. I've also considered a few other ideas, like sending Swag boxes to a few target customers to see if that gets any response. Does anyone have any other ideas on paid (or not paid) channels to acquire customers in a small niche?
I would recommend trying Google Ads. It is hard to predict performance and setup will take a day to set up. BUT with a budget of $100-$150 you will know if it works for your product within 2-3 days. Good luck!
