Building a faceless youtube channel that makes long focus sessions for deep work — coding, debugging, technical reading. Today's upload is the one I've been most nervous about.
Most "focus music" still has something in it competing for your attention — a hook, a build, a vocal buried low in the mix. This one doesn't. no drums, no percussion, no vocals. Just a cold drone that barely moves, structured in two passes so it doesn't collapse into either silence-as-noise or a track pulling focus back to itself.
It's 4 hours long. If you've got a debugging session or a deep-read stacked up today, it's a real test of whether "nothing happening" can actually hold attention better than something happening.

Curious — for anyone doing long focus blocks, do you run silence, ambient, or something with more going on? Never landed on a consistent answer myself.
