Spent today redesigning almost the entire app — here's the before/after

Solo dev on UluP Spaces here. Spent today doing something I'd been putting off: a real pass on the visual design, not just new features stacked on top of old ones.

What changed:

Pulled monospace font out of almost everything — it was making the whole thing read "dev tool" harder than I wanted, even for non-technical users
Toolbar, profile, sidebar, chat — all reorganized into actual sections instead of long flat lists
Chat got reactions and the ability to delete your own messages
Added CSV, Markdown, and a genuinely vector PDF export (drew the map by hand from real coordinates, not a screenshot)
Fixed a connection bug where the GitHub status in my profile was reading from a completely different, disconnected system than the one that actually did the work — classic "two systems that look like one"

Also launching on Product Hunt again tomorrow (second launch, first one was a month ago) — this redesign is partly in service of that, partly just overdue.

Happy to answer anything about the how, especially the PDF export — that one had more uncertainty going in than I expected.
