Sports group event management

We already build an MVP that is in use by a self organized group of dancing people. They launch an exchange dance festival in summer for the first time and asked us to build an website to organize the reservations of participants.

So far the product is specially hand made for bigger events and the needs of this spezific organization group. Otherwise they would help themselves via emails, whatsapp or google forms or something like that. There might be a need for such event organizing sports/dancing groups.

I would like to check out if this MVP can be of value for other sports groups. I would first put the MVP into channels like FB groups, other local dancing groups, dancing schools and sports clubs. Intention would be: do you need such an event management? Mostly I could send cold mails.

Im not sure about monetization. First I thought about monthly licence depending on user numbers. But right now the tool/idea seems to be for making annual events and not for daily use. Well the product can obviously change.

What do you think. Does my next step make sense? Should I offer testing for free or start with payment right away?

Thanks a lot and best,

To expand your event management MVP for sports and dancing groups, start with market research, adapt the product to suit various event types, offer a free trial, and determine pricing based on user feedback. Reach potential users through multiple channels, encourage reviews and referrals, and collaborate with event organizers and associations for insights. Optimize your website for user-friendliness and SEO and ensure legal compliance. Building a user base and monetizing your product will take time, so prioritize providing value and gathering user insights in the early stages.

Hey there! Expanding your event management MVP to other sports groups sounds like a good plan. Reach out to dance schools, local groups, and clubs through channels like FB groups, offer a free trial to gather feedback, and consider flexible pricing options based on event scale. Good luck!

Aggressiveness, going for walks, brief development, heated video games, and racing in opposition to time are all traits of football that make it extremely aggressive koora live. The competitive nature of soccer is one of the matters that attracts people to the game.

Once you've set up the playing area, it's time to start playing! To play, players hit the ball using their hands and rackets. The object of the game is to hit the ball into the opponent's court and then return the ball to your court on pickleball paddles.
