Stack Reco for No-Code Video Insta Project? 1 Million Oms

OK so I want to build a simple site (not app) but I've gone down a rabbithole and now I am completely lost and over-thinking! Would LOVE a stack reco for the following simple site:

Basically I'd love to create a movement where folks can video themselves chanting OM (a la yoga) in their own way, and post it to Instagram with a unique hashtag (let's say #1millionoms). Then, those Insta videos with that hashtag get up loaded to my site automatically into a grid. On the site, a visitor can click a button and hear the most recent X videos (which are loaded on the site) play in unison. A moment of zen in these trying disconnected times.

So what I'd need is:

1. An ideal platform (Wordpress? Squarespace? Bubble? Webflow? Oh my...).
2. That allows/hosts a plugin that imports Insta videos by hashtag.
3. And allows for a bit of custom coding (sorry no-code) to allow the visitor to press a button then hear all X videos in unison.

Thanks for any ideas folks! To be clear I am looking to spread a little joy for free to folks, and also have a project and learn some new tools during shutdown.
