Stand-Up #18 - February 25th, 2020

Great progress today! I've fully migrated to React Context, useContext hook, and useReducer hook. I have my actions and reducer files set up. It was a disgusting amount of boilerplate code, but I fought through it. Now my new global state is much, much cleaner and will be much simpler to store in a database (compared to when it was fragmented/non-global at the component level).
