All other routes converted to use Postgres now.

Yesterday's progress:

• Postgres authentication now working

Today's progress:

• All other countdown routes converted to Postgres (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE)

Tomorrow's progress:

• Reduce complexity by merging edit countdown and create countdown components in the front-end into one, so that it edits if given a payload prop and creates if payload is empty. Idk why it didn't occur to me to do it that way from the beginning... much simpler.
