Fixed timezone selector component within the countdown timing component so that it was correctly pulling in the right timezone for multiple broken options.

Yesterday's progress:

• Edit/create now merged and working, still performance issues

Today's progress:

• Front-end tweaks (Timezone selector component, countdown timing component)

Tomorrow's progress:

• More front-end tweaks - find a way to display audience selections on the countdown card components on the home page of the app
