    Epic

    Add eBay support to AZLabels

    Yesterday

    • Team functionality live on the AZLabels Enterprise plans
    • Pushed bug fixes for single page PDFs for Fedex labels
    • Listed an item on eBay for cheap so I can get a test order in, but I think eBay is keeping it out of the listings, maybe triggered some kind of fraud protection?

    Today

    • Call eBay to find out what is happening with the listing
    • Check click tracking on CollectTrust is working OK
    • Update landing page for CollectTrust
    • Find a way to get the email addresses of HelpScout users for a cold email campaign for CollectTrust

@Harlem This week, I built the basic structure of my side project, Crypto Day 0 (CD0) , after idea validation last week.

Welcome to the stand up party! How did you prove validation?

      1. 1

@Harlem am not sure if I proved yet. I am thinking it's iterative. This was my thought process and the flow of events. Please help me, if I need to revisit some step.

        1. Came up with a thesis for a new product opportunity. I already decided the domain as Blockchain, as an experiment / learning opportunity. Used the Product-Market Fit Pyramid, to evaluate if its a problem worth solving and whether I could solve it. Basically, it's Trello + Ether Micropayments (born out of my experience from my previous project) and something new.

        2. Did a 1-pager , http://cryptoday0.carrd.co, posted on some slack groups, got feedback, but they were just short responses like "Great" or "why are u even doing this ?" ... so overall got 14 feedback, 10 positive, 4 negative. So, took as a sign, at least people cared to comment. But, beyond which, no one could tell if they would use the product. Main positive is this is something that does not exist yet. But, main concern is if this market even exists i.e., is there anyone who would use it ?

        3. So, decided to build a quick MVP as I need to check if there is a market. Checked if I could build with No Code like Zappier, AirTable, but for the domain / problem statement I have chosen, I need an app, so set out to build the simplest I could in 3-4 weeks. Current 1 week in, its a work in progress and I am building this as a side project - https://cryptoday0.org

        4. I expect to finish this in 4 weeks, and go to step 1 again and iterate.
