By the end of november I want a beta release of my side project.
By the end of today I want my landing page online, which I'll post here. I'm terrified, but I keep creating, polishing, and re-writing in secret and it's time to just release stuff and if it sucks, it sucks.

Yesterday I finished reviewing and analyzing all reviews and data after first beta launch.
The first thing was that users dropped in a last onboarding step by clicking on homepage link o links in a side nav. So today I have change the flow and leave only form component and user have no chance to leave except close or click back button.
Also I've decided to add multiple job boards(like categories) that can help make user experience more personalized and, probably, boost SEO

🙋The weather outside is terrible, so I'm making the most of it.
Today I'm squashing bugs and making sure all my apps are running the latest versions of their libraries while sipping a big cup of tea. Not crazy exciting, but it's nice to get it out the way in one go.
I've had a side project that has been running for the last ~8 years. In the last year it has dropped from £200 a month down to <£20. I need to document why this happened & how I'm going to close it down.
I'm hoping by the end of November I'll actually have signed up some users. I completed testing yesterday of a new release so going I can get that released today and then set up a Google ads campaign

Recently decided to focus more on the “little” thinks in my software. I realized I have so many bugs and improvements to do, that there is no time for the marketing activities for now.
Yesterday I have integrated successfully z-score for the goal tracking. Today I am focusing on the server endpoint for deleting goals and error handling.
