I release my initial version last Thursday.
Got my first 20 users in the last 3 days!!
So today, I am working on analyzing what brought those 20 users, how they behaved on the website and some more feedback to implement on the product!
end of November: I want one paying customer
yesterday: nada, client work, but I got time today
today: gonna try to make myself useful in a webdev group reddit and update some documentation to demonstrate use of the new API Key requirements...
... and think about updating the site to go from closed beta to something more welcoming. I have AutomatedApi.com set up now to allow one free api regardless of pay status.
Today: Getting email sending working on production via AWS SQS and Lambda. Stretch goal of getting email open tracking working also.
November: Fully functioning email platform that can send campaigns w/ live data.
November Goals
Yesterday, I turned 20 or so more voice memos into stories in Clubhouse so I can get tracking and moving forward. Need a nice runway of things vetted and ready to go because my day job has been ripping all my time away for several weeks.
This weekend I want to set up the ability to create an org/group without a location for the simple purpose of sending out announcements to anyone who subscribes to the group segments.
So the 2 major pieces there are:
If I make it through that I will work on segment/group subscribing UI.
By the end of November
Make it easier to add goals by including goals in the Folder builder UI.
Getting an influencer to market Brooklet

Yesterday while the wife and kid were sleeping I threw together the group filtering feature that was sorely missing.
Now that I have that done, I think the app is pretty close to being ready for private beta testing so that will be my goal for November. If anyone is interested in testing it out give me a shout!

Practicing self-care by spending a few days in Bacalar, Mexico. Managed to convince myself to leave my laptop at home and take a break from coding.

Implement ideas that I liked.
End of November: finish new landing page, including new videos, testimonials, design and copy.
Yesterday: Meandering but meaningful progress... but eyes hurt from too much screen time. 2nd or 3rd day in a row of that.
Today: Timeboxing. Giving myself until 1pm to make progress, and then it's screens off and time to mentally recharge away from the project.
