Stand up: Who's hustling on Sunday?

What will you accomplish by end of November?

What did you do yesterday to work toward your goal?

What will you do today?

    First standup, yay!

By the end of November I'm aiming to launch a beta version and open-source the code.

Yesterday was finishing up the website, tweaking the copy and trying to make a logo.

Today I'm aiming to have a full version of the website online, register a product here on Indiehackers, and possibly do some coding on the product itself.

    Cheers!

    Today:

    • Continue creating an outbound list
    • Create a new level for Logo Game

    Also firsr standup here!

By the end of november I want to have the Sitesauce documentation up and ready for consumption.

Yesterday and today, tho, I'm working on something a little bit different, an open page for Sitesauce as a way to recharge during the weekend :D

Just take a look at Sitesauce and idea is really good!

The only thing, I guess, you can add 14 or 7 days trial. Probably conversion should be higher

        Thank you!

There's a free 7-day trial actually, but registration is disabled right now, so it didn't make a lot of sense to mention it on the button.

    By the end of November

    • Submit new macOS product "Process Describer" at the Apple App Store by the end of the month.

Today I have been testing the new version of Vimalin the VMware desktop Backup app and both the Windows as well as the macOS version passed testing. It might be a Sunday, but I figured to go for it and release the update.

Now I'm working on press releases and updating all the various news channels to indicate that the latest version is available.

    November :

Yesterday was mostly cleaning up the config and setup for mechtacular, needed to sort out some integrations to mailing lists.

Today was keyword and marketing research.

I am so happy: was able to integrate Single-Page-Application support for my ab testing tool. Was quite challenging but after several hours I find a way to let it work properly. :)
Yesterday I had a lazy day, was just fixing some smaller bugs.
By the end of November still hoping to get the software ready for a early closed beta launch with some waitlist subscribers.

    First standup here as well!

By the end of November, I'll have opened the public beta up to the growing list of people interested in trying it out. I'm well ahead looking at my entire plan, so I'm confident that I'll make it by the end of November.

Yesterday I took my two kids to the library and played with them there for a couple of hours. I went home had I quiet day connecting with people on Twitter. Caught the attention of an interesting person, he asked for access to the beta, and the number of beta subscribers has almost doubled since.

Today I've made some additions to my internal "CMS" system, which allows me to quickly create new functional blocks and integrations connecting front and backend and automatically generating forms.
Sent out some cold emails to potential leads, found at a (presumably) dead startup. Rumor has it that the startup shut down operations due to internal conflict. Feel like a grave robber 😂

    My second stand up☺️

Almost finished development of a new landing page and SEO structure fixes.

Tommorow will title and descriptions for all categories and think about how to engage recruiters to post jobs.

Also got 1 click from Google search results! Keyword was Node.js jobs

Here! Wrote some new code for the content management system and now I'm working on naming. Goal is to have a name by the end of the day.

This sounds like a pretty great idea. I keep trying to spend time on my side hustle but am constantly falling back into my main job out of necessity. No real excuse not to give 15 minutes to it though, I like it, thanks for sharing
