I've been working on a new project management style. Been really racking my brain for the past year on how to manage things with my co-founders. Accountability with a co-founder I find extremely challenging. It's not like managing an employee where they are expected to do XYZ tasks and get paid X amount of dollars.

Today I'm going to write up how I've managed to solve this problem, and hopefully share my thoughts with everyone here.

I missed my October goal, it was external metrics, which I think is still useful, but at such an early stage, it's hard to do.

November goal: Templatize my proof of concept pages.

Yesterday: talked to some recruiters, but ultimately realized what I'm working on is more interesting than what they have to offer. Also email exchanged with a founder that's trying to lure me into their Startup.

Today: Actually work on building an Admin interface. I finally launched it live. Now I'm going to use that to further templatize my site.

I'm noticing that I'm very unmotivated to work at this stage, because I have nobody demanding that I work. Good thing I'm patient with myself.

Today - interview another person in the space I think I'm going to sell to. Try to take my 9 ideas and coalesce them into one product idea.

Good luck with your customer interviews. Product idea will come, just focus on their needs while they're sharing their time w/ you.
