I've just started working with an eastern European agency. Any advice?
I'm based in US but originally from Eastern Europe myself, so it is easier to gauge the value. Overall, I would talk with specific people who will be doing work for you and discuss their experience on previous projects. Even with language barrier you will have a good idea of who you are dealing with. Let me know if you need additional read on your vendor - will be happy to help.

End of October - thats 2 days ...hmmmmm by then I plan to launch new pages on my website, demo to 3 more enterprise clients and meet with an investor!
Been busy signing up beta users for my error detection software tool - (insert rocket emoji here) Had some great meetings today, 2 new companies on board for beta but still doing demos to get a few more before moving to paid user acquisition!
If anyone is keen to find user facing errors in their software before their customers do - hit me up!

Oh man! Another late standup. Today was a doozy, woke up at 2:30AM to try and catch up on the day job, as deadlines be GROWLING. But only ended up making myself feel like crapinola.
By end of the month, Announcr will be demoable to a business owner.
Yesterday I added an intro screen, cleaned up the Location UI to add a much nicer toggle option, and rearranged the "Create Announcement" screen.
Today I will clean up the promotion(coupon) screen
