Start a partnership program, but how do you grow it? Step by step guide

Hey everyone!

I think at this point we all know that referral/partnership revenue is a huge part of any software business, it could be SaaS, Agency, newsletters, etc. Having the right affiliates in your program can take you to the next level ;)

Here is a quick step by step guide that will help you find and recruit the marketers that you need to grow your revenue through an affiliate program:

  1. Get in front of the right marketers - This is one of the most crucial steps, because there are hundreds of people that have audiences in your niche, and for most of them affiliate revenue is their main revenue stream. If you are in the tech space, you can list your company, on platform like Affistash(37$/m) or Partnerstack($1k+/month). Affistash is better for companies that don't have any funding or astronomical budgets, while Partnerstack can be better for companies that are already established in their niche.

  2. Recruit & Follow-up -If you didn't know already, any marketer would love to receive an email with the subject "Become a parter of [Company Name]", it's a new opportunity for them, and in most cases they will agree, if you have a good offer. Affistash actually let's you recruit all the marketers that engaged with your product on their platform, and handles the recruitment emails for you.

  3. Create an attractive - The better the offer, the more marketers will be interested. If you have a cool product, and you offer high monthly commissions, it would be a no-brainer for most marketers to join your program and promote your product to their audiences.

If you don't have a program set up yet, I wrote a post about how you can quickly start one here. Hope this list helped and if you have any questions, I would love to help you out in the comments!

PS: Since I am part of the Affistash team, I wanted to help you guys out with a quick promo code, so if you decide to list your company on our platform, you can do it here and use code "indiehackers" at checkout for a surprise, I will let you find out what it is ;)

Cheers ✌️

There's no checkout, it takes me to a form. Not quite ready to fill it out. Can you tell me what the offer is?

We have a video on the link, it explains everything we offer. The checkout is after filling the application form. If you want to talk more about it, shoot me an email at [email protected]

Curious why you won't share what the promo code does before I fill the form out. Giving weird vibes tbh. I understand suspense = clicks, but if it's behind a form and I'm asking you directly about it, it seems polite to share.

Oh, my bad, I thought you were asking what Affistash offers xD

The code offers a 50% discount. Apologies for the misunderstanding
