Start a personal brand IT company

Hi guys,

I'm thinking about self-employment and company where I can provide different IT service to clients directly. E.g. I have solid expertise in Java stack so I can consult about it, or I like to make bots for Viber, Facebook Messenger and Telegram so I can make it very quickly because I have almost ready solutions based on my previous solutions.

I know that it's more like freelance job than a company and usual freelancers are my main competitors, but I also know many people which are working very far from IT and they don't even know about existence of freelance marketplace or don't care about it, they just need to get things done for their offline business, they need simple end-to-end solutions which can help them to make more money. And probably boxed solutions like chat bots for low price can help them.

So, what do you think about it? Is it worth it?
