Start a service business in 30 days and make $30K. How would you do it?

I had this hypothetical proposed to me.

Friend said, using your skills of programming (php, js, node), server admin, what would you build and make $30K in 30 days?

I didn't really have the best answers. Most of my thoughts are things that would require a lot of sales to make it work in that short of a time. Things like wordpress setup and support.

To me it would make more sense to offer a service that is $1,000+ and go out and get 30 ish clients.

What that would be... no idea. I thought maybe it would be interesting to post here and see what others say.
