Start an LLC in Wyoming, is it good idea?
I'm freelancer webdeveloper in EU (Denmark) and I would like to incorporate an LLC in Wyoming, because I hate paperwork and the income tax is horrible in my country. My income is 15-20K EUR / month. I have clients in several countries (EU, UAE, AU, USA etc... ). I don't have experience in international tax matters, but need to solve this problem.
I would like to use STRIPE with TransferWise borderless, but i'm not sure in it.
Anyone have experience with this? Will it working? I don't want to pay 50-60% tax in my country. :/
Hire a tax advisor who understands Danish tax law and can help you organize your current business to minimize your taxes. Without competent tax advice all that a Wyoming LLC may enable is an additional requirement to file a US tax return--and pay US taxes in addition to your current Danish tax obligations.
