My main takeaway was: be consistent. Consistent with the effort you put in, the time, the marketing and your overall mindset. Build little by little, step by step and eventually it'll compound into something great.
I wrote a few more lines over at my blog

Have you read the book? What's your main takeaway? What did you learn?
The reason I'll likely never read this book is stated in the book cover: "Why startup founders should stop reading business books".
I would love to hear a summary if you can share it with us Tomas.
I certainly agree with the title of the book.
Good point BUT I wouldn't consider this to be a 'business book' but rather an entrepreneurship one, aimed specially for developers, written by a developer. It's not some marketing dude writing to sell since, in fact, the book is available for free. Also, it's not meant to be read from begging to end following a specific order. You can just read the content table, see if you find anything interesting and, if so, read it.
