Started a new business - "Túlavé knižky"
Hey, indie hackers.
Two days ago, me and my fiancée, have launched a project that we were working on for a few months in addition to our full-time jobs. Its name is "Túlavé knižky" in English it's "wandering books," and it is simply a service for book borrowing.
We started to think about such a service mainly due to the corona and a general lockdown. In Slovakia, we had two lockdowns for three months. During that time, all public places were closed, including public libraries. People were home, and many couldn't borrow books. "Túlave knižky" is an answer to that situation.
We are very hopeful that the service will start to have some traction and become a good alternative to traditional bookstores or book exchange services, and public libraries.
For now, the service is available only in Slovakia, but who knows, maybe one day we will be available everywhere on this planet.
I'm part of this community for a very long time, and I have learned so much from you guys here. Therefore a big "THANK YOU" is also for all of you!
