An AI meeting agent that joins your call, extracts decisions / action items / owners, and posts back to your project space within minutes after the meeting ends.

It's one of three reference Tier-1 AI agents I built before writing my book on agent deployment for SMB offices — AI Agents for Your Office (140 pages, shipped 2 weeks ago — link in profile).

Hardest 3 days of the build: speaker attribution in mixed German / English Swiss meetings. Most local agents fail at code-switching. Currently using a re-prompt with last 30s transcript buffer when audio drops mid-sentence — works but adds ~1.5s latency.

Question for IH builders: anyone shipped a meeting agent? How did you handle dropouts and speaker drift?
