Started turning my portfolio into a course platform. How can I improve it?

I want to get into doing video courses on design and development. Last week, I updated my personal portfolio to house courses as well. I am still changing things and would love to hear your feedback. What works well, what doesn’t, and what is missing? Hit me with everything you got. Thanks!
That video on the homepage will definitely be replaced by an English one very soon.
