I've been working on a side project for a year or so, that I think eventually can become a full time business. But being in my late 40s I'm facing some challenges, that are not technology or business related. Did some inner self evaluations and found these 2 things are "hurting" this project.
Is anyone out there facing these issues? I really want to put this experiment Metadapi as a real business, but I wonder if there are any changes I can do to my normal "daily" activities to better address creating a new business (with the energy and time prioritization it requires) .
I think working hard does not equate to working long hours. In some cases, shorter hours might be even better.
I agree !
Hey Ricardo, I think what you are facing is common among indiehackers, one way to look at it is that probably with you experience you might no to need to work long hours as someone who is just starting, you can make better decisions faster and so. I also believe that your priorities also matter. Another workaround would be to start delegating things that others can do for you, this will save you time and energy. I am also relying on automations wherever possible this can also help. My 0.2 cents ..
Thanks for the reply. Delegating will start soon hopefully.
