Starting A Clothing Brand At 16 Thanks To Indie Hackers

Yes. That title is legit. I discovered Indie Hackers almost 6 months ago. Ever since, I have been reading articles, listening to the Indie Hackers podcast and learning as much as I could. At that time I was 15. I discovered the astounding amounts of products you guys, as a community, have built. And it was after doing all this I decided to give it a shot to start my clothing brand.

I've spent the last 3 months building a detailed business plan, negotiating with my suppliers and manufacturers, and setting up my marketing tools and website. And I did a lot of this through Indie Hackers.

I used several marketing products to find influencers and reach out, I used and tested a variety of different low code, no code, website builders, and overall just learned and used a lot. And for that, I thank the Indie Hackers community.

As a 16 year old, resources aren't just given right to you. But this community, has helped me more than I could ever thank you for.
