Starting a Data Scraping SaaS Idea validation and feedback
Hello Guys,
This is my first time posting here in Indiehacker and have been reading it since very long time now. I like the way people share their ideas,success stories and ideas validations. It shows the real essence of the entrepreneurs in the internet without any spam and crap posts.
So here you go i am here for my idea validation.
I am building a new SaaS that will provide the data scraping service in the cloud like many companies out there are doing.
For Example:
Octoparse
Scrapingbee
ScrapingAnt
Need your feedback about this what to do and what problems to solve.
Community ideas and thoughts are important for me.
Looking to get the MVP live soon as well.

Here my thoughts:
I find a lot of these services very expensive, when there are super cheap alternatives like Hexomatic (very good lifetime deals).
A lot of scraping APIs are fairly technical. Do you offer a more no-code way of doing things?
Would it not be better validation to build a landing page, get people to sign up to a waitlist or test payments for your scraping services?
Asking people here might not give you real information on willingness to pay.
1: We will try to make it price competitive and second it's a good idea that you shared your thoughts to make it bit of no-code way.
But initially i think it will be API based with dashboard and little bit no code and in the long run make it more no-code ??
2: It's a good point logo is almost ready , domain bought and now in this week will make the landing page.
Share your more ideas and feedback if possible.
