Starting a new saas. Any suggestions?

I am starting a new saas. I have tried 4 other ideas in the past. All failed.

Any suggestions that will help me this time?

  1. Launched the page. https://replypanda.com
  2. Public design coming next
  3. Development is in progress
  4. Started outreach (on Twitter, Reddit, & IH)

Site looks ok. Who are the competitors?

Not really a competitor but this product is in the cold email industry

What were the other ideas and why did they fail?

    Landing page looks decent.

      Thanks @BitGonzo

      1. Blueprint management app for construction industry
      2. Remote job marketplace
      3. Custom leads generator (on Linkedin)
      4. Shopify app for Marketplace (Built it but Shopify did not approve it)

Why did they fail? Is there a common reason? I think it can be useful to determine if it is something you are/aren't doing or something out of your control each time.

For example, if you said you only spent 4 weeks on each of those projects I'd say they failed because you didn't spend enough time. Or did you not market them? etc

          1. I spent 2 years developing the product, and could not sell it. Tried to raise money but could not raise it. Large competitors. It was a big product, and we ran out of money. Enterprise sales needs money to hire good sales people.

          2. Spent 4 months for remote jobs marketplace. Had good clients…but no candidates. Then we had candidates…but by this time clients fulfilled their positions. We did not have scale so could not send the devs to multiple clients.

          3. Leads: We started to get clients but realized that it would not be scalable. I did not want to go into the agency model where we were sourcing leads for clients. And we did not have tons of data to filter/display leads.

          4. Shopify: we spent almost 6 months to create it. Good product. But Shopify did not approve it although there was (and it still is there) another similar product on Shopify. Decided to cut my losses and do something else
