Starting a productized service design agency. Serial entrepreneur, looking for a marketing/sales cofounder

Starting a new project for a design & content agency to help businesses with design needs. It will be a productized service model.
I've bootstrapped a few projects and grew them to 5, 6 figures ARR previously, along with a few startup exits
My background is in development and design. I can also do sales, but need some help on the marketing/sales to split up the available time I have to devote to this.
Looking to bootstrap this with my own design+dev skills early on, then hire a designer so I can focus solely on growth.
Looking for a cofounder on this, main tasks will be working with me on building lists (email/linkedin/phone), creating email/linkeding/phone outreach campaigns, creating campaigns for producthunt, creating FB / google / other site ads, and others.
